This wine embodies a perfect balance between extraordinary power and elegance, all in compliance with a total ecology approach. The use of optimal refinement methods, which include both wood and steel, aims to enhance only the characteristics of the raw material.

The enveloping, broad and elegant aromatic bouquet has notes of wild berries, red roses, violets, pepper and sweet spices. This wine has a strong personality, highlighted by a rich and structured flavor that finds its peak in the accompaniment with red meats, braised meats and aged cheeses.
