Appearance: The gin is transparent and crystalline. It has a light smoky colour, obtained from the infusion of natural herbs and distillation using wood as fuel.

Nose: Predominant notes of juniper are distinctively perceived, accompanied by hints of myrtle and slightly citrus aromatic herbs. The floral scents, which recall the meadows of the Alta Langa and the Alps during the summer, are intensified by a finish reminiscent of balsam.

Palate: Despite the presence of few botanicals, this gin exudes a rich and full-bodied taste, expressing a high opulence. A few seconds after tasting, the notes of juniper are felt explosively, followed by sensations of spices and aromatic herbs that persist until the end.

Since only natural herbs and infusions are used, the gin leaves a pleasant oily sensation in the mouth, which remains even after tasting. This means that a much smaller amount than other types of gin is required to mix it with tonic.
