Produced with Chardonnay grapes from the hills of San Francesco and Cava Rina nuova in Regaleali, at an altitude of 530 meters above sea level. The grapes were harvested on 2 and 8 September and the yield was 60 q per hectare. The must fermented in Allier and Tronçais French oak barrels where it was subsequently aged for 8 months. Bottled on June 15th 2010.
