A great territorial red, combining depth and elegance with a contemporary vision.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"880\" data-start=\"502\"\u003eThe grapes, hand-picked between early and mid-October, are vinified naturally, without filtration or fining. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in roto-fermenters at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in second-passage barriques. The wine ages for approximately 20 months in French oak and rests for an additional 3 months in steel before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"1281\" data-start=\"882\"\u003eVisually, it presents a brilliant ruby color. The nose is complex and layered: fresh cherries, withered violets, ripe plums, sweet spices (cinnamon, clove) and a balsamic and mentholated undertone.
