The Barbaresco Lorens 2019 by Lodalì is an excellent example of a wine produced in the Treiso area, using exclusively 100% Nebbiolo grapes, carefully selected during the manual harvest in boxes. This attention to quality begins in the vineyard itself, where the vines are thinned at veraison to ensure a controlled yield and high-quality grapes.

The winemaking is carried out with great care, with crushing and destemming of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature which lasts for approximately 25 days in concrete containers. Subsequently, the wine goes through a submerged cap maceration for a further 25 days, helping to extract the complexity and distinctive aroma of Nebbiolo.

After this phase, the wine is aged in 25hl Austrian oak barrels, where it further develops its complexity and structure. After a year of aging in the bottle, Barbaresco Lorens 2019 is ready to be enjoyed.

This wine has an intense garnet red color that promises a profound sensorial experience. On the nose, it reveals great complexity and finesse, with elegant notes of ripe plum, rose and violet that blend harmoniously.

The taste is full, richly structured and extremely harmonious, offering a long taste-olfactory persistence that makes every sip a memorable experience. This Barbaresco is ideal to pair with game dishes, preparations with truffles and mature cheeses, as its structure and complexity blend perfectly with these intense flavours.

To fully enjoy this extraordinary wine, we recommend serving it at a temperature of 14/16°C, in order to reveal all the nuances of its complex and compelling character. Lodalì's Barbaresco Lorens 2019 is a true expression of the winemaking art and terroir of Treiso, ready to delight wine lovers with its elegance and refinement.
