Vinification: with this new project, where we shelled each single grape by hand (hence the name "unoperuno") we are looking for the purity of the fruit and the tannin of Nebbiolo. Only the best grapes, no stems or pieces of leaves or wood were included in the maceration

Color: Light ruby ​​red with garnet reflections

Taste: delicate, elegant with a finish of roses and flowers
