OLFACTORY NOTES:

The nose recalls the poetics of Marc, who skilfully creates a surprising union between natural transformations and their maturation, bringing the fruit to its peak of fullness. In the tasting, a taut attention and an optimal acidity persist constantly.

CURIOSITY:

Tercet represents a synergy between Marc Soyard of Domaine de la Cras and Florent Lambert, a winemaker in the Côte d'Or region. These two friends first met during their oenology studies and Tercet is the result of their desire to create wine together in Burgundy. Each of them has embarked on an individual path: in 2014, Marc acquired the Domaine de la Cras, while Florent takes care of the management of several hectares of vineyards in the renowned areas of the Côtes de Nuits. Naturally, there is a third companion who completes the trio under the name of Tercet, bringing with him an extensive network of connections to the Côte d'Or.
