On the palate, there is a vigorous fresh momentum and a mineral component, which expands into an intricate weave of aromas with a robust structure and inexhaustible energy. The closure is prolonged and harmonious.

An excellent choice as an aperitif, it goes well with fish carpaccio, simple seafood dishes, tempura and selections of raw vegetables.
