Organoleptic characteristics :

• View: salmon pink color, light, with incessant bubbles.
• Smell: it is expressed on the nose with intense aromas of red fruit, especially cherry and raspberry.
• Taste: broad in the mouth, it expresses the characteristic vinosity of the Maison with an aromatic finish that recalls the olfactory notes.
