Vineyards The grapes that give life to Champagne Roses de Jeanne Côte de Val Vilaine come from a 37-year-old vineyard located in the municipality of Celles-sur-Ource, in the Aube.

Vinification Each wine of the Roses de Jeanne domaine is produced with only the first pressing of the grapes, fermented in steel with indigenous yeasts and delicately processed to obtain the best finesse. The second fermentation in the bottle follows which takes place slowly so as to create a very fine and persistent perlage in the champagne. The refinement on the fine lees lasts for 28 months and no liqueur de dosage is added.
