The Pinot Noir grapes with which it is produced come from a parcel facing south-east. The clayey soil offers weak nourishment to the Pinot Noir vines, planted in 2007.
Even in difficult years, in this place the grapes ripen without defects and allow for vinification in "rosé de saignée" with long maceration. Aging in 228 liter barrels.

Organoleptic characteristics :

• View: bright pink color, tending towards orange.
• Smell: it has aromas of cherry, cassis and licorice.
• Taste: surprising, powerful, vinous and fresh at the same time. Long finish with a firm texture.

Pairings : perfect in combination with delicate lobster-based dishes.
