Ruby red, bright. The nose is intense, rich in fruity notes of black cherries, sour cherries, black currant. Followed by floral scents, officinal herbs, coffee, licorice. It is an elegantly structured and enveloping wine. The soft tannins are perfectly integrated. The finish is long and persistent, we find the hints of fruit, licorice, coffee. Pairing: braised veal cheeks, lamb chops with rosemary, medium-aged sheep and cow cheeses.
