VINIFICATION Like Friulano, it is one of the great native white Friulian vines. Harvested at the right degree of ripeness, the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. The free-run must thus obtained, clear and intact, is added to a fermentation foot previously prepared with the best selected grapes of the same vine. It is then subjected to a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature (16 ° C) which lasts for about 30-40 days. The maturation continues in steel where a long series of batonnage at gradual frequency also takes place, in order to obtain a complex, structured and delicately perfumed wine and at the same time naturally stable. We will wait until February for bottling.

SENSORY NOTES Bright straw yellow, with elegant greenish reflections. Elegant and intense bouquet, floral and fruity, fragrant, of great class and continuity. It unfolds on notes of acacia, plum and yellow peach, rennet apple. On the palate it is intense and full, with an agile body reflecting the varietal characteristic. Dry and savory, thanks to the type of vinification it is pleasantly fresh. The long finish develops pleasant notes that accompany an elegant slightly aromatic aftertaste. PAIRING Cold appetizers with sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish and fried fish, soups (especially vegetable creams).
