Millesimato Blanc de Blancs obtained from a selection of Chardonnay grapes from mountain vineyards located in the areas of Trentino most suited to the production of Trentodoc. Ferrari Perlé is the icon of the Ferrari style, a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. Since 1971, the first year of production, it has repeated its extraordinary success year after year, thanks to its extreme pleasantness and versatility in combinations.

2016 will be remembered as a difficult vintage in many respects, but characterized by a harvest that took place under the sign of good weather which made it possible to obtain good quality grapes. The winter was mild and resulted in early budding. At the end of April there was a significant return of cold which caused frost damage in some vineyards more exposed to the phenomenon. The month of May was characterized by frequent rains, long watering and a continuous vegetative development of the vines which made the phytosanitary defense very demanding. In the last ten days of August a period began in which the meteorological conditions remained stable with good weather which made it possible to harvest the grapes when fully ripe and with good acidity levels. The harvest began in the first week of September.

In the glass it is immediately noted for its elegantly golden hue, the perlage is fine and continuous. On the olfactory examination its complexity, like its refined soul, immediately captures the attention giving citrus notes of pineapple and grapefruit, memories of ripe rennet apple, delicate touches of brioche bread, salted butter, ginger and anise. The texture on the palate is enveloping and balanced, with a particularly saline acidity. The taste further amplifies an already great complexity of the aromas perceived on the nose, giving a clean finish of considerable length that slowly closes the sip leaving memories of lemon cream.
