The 2010 vintage was characterized by above-average rainfall, but with a regular trend from a thermal point of view. The summer began with good rainfall and then continued with a hot and dry July. Abundant rains fell in August, giving a break of stable and breezy weather in the first half of September which proved providential for the spumante bases, harvested before the rains resumed. The grapes have reached maturity with excellent acidity and aromatic complexity.

Tasting notes

The visual impact is remarkable in the glass thanks to a precious luminous yellow gold which highlights a very fine and very persistent perlage even a long time after pouring it into the glass. The nose is rich, layered and noble. Notes of apricot and exotic fruit blend with more complex aromas of white chocolate, dried fruit, almond candy, zabaglione cream, delicate pastry and light toasted tones. The tasting highlights a gustatory intensity overflowing with richness, harmony, elegance and balance where all the elements interact in perfect harmony with each other. The taste trail is remarkable and highlights memories of honey, peanut butter and tropical fruit.
