TRENTO DOC RESERVE "FLAVIO" 2014 - ROTARI

King Rotari assumed the honorific title of "Flavio" to recall the Roman and Byzantine imperial prestige. Rotari Flavio is therefore the most prestigious expression of Rotari's enological and sparkling wine style. Our Trentodoc excellence at its best.

VARIETY AND VINIFICATION Reserve produced exclusively with grapes harvested and selected by hand in our most suitable vineyards in the hilly areas along the Adige Valley north of Trento. Produced only from Chardonnay grapes with maturation on the lees for at least 60 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Brut of great structure, with intense and persistent aromatic notes, with an extremely fine perlage. Smells of citrus, apricot and yellow peach with a hint of nutty, yeast and honey aromas.

PAIRINGS Ideal for the whole meal, it goes especially well with important dishes based on fish and shellfish, cheeses and succulent second courses based on white meats.
