VINIFICATION: Ferments with a long maceration in underground Georgian amphorae, with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.

REFINING: After racking and pressing it returns to the amphora for at least another 5 months before starting the refinement in large oak barrels, where it remains for another 6 years.

PAIRING: Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is recommended to accompany, on special occasions, delicious fish and seafood dishes, sushi, oriental cuisine, spicy and tasty first and second courses. We particularly recommend pairing this wine with truffles and mushrooms.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve between 16 and 18 degrees
