Nicola Gatta's Blanc de Blancs Nature has an intense straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its beauty. On the nose, this wine delights the senses with its fragrances of citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit and delicious desserts, creating a pleasant and inviting olfactory experience. In the mouth, the Blanc de Blancs Nature is fresh, intense, savory and fragrant, surprising for its complexity and harmony.

WINE CURIOSITIES:

Nicola Gatta's Blanc de Blancs Nature is obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested with care to guarantee the highest quality and flavour. The vinification takes place in white, through the soft pressing of the grapes, followed by a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. The wine is then aged on its lees for a period of time of 78 moons, which improves its complexity and structure.
