Vinification

Soft pressing, maceration on the skins for about 20-25 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

Refinement

Upon racking, the wine is decanted into barriques and tonneaux where it ages for 12 -15 months with a percentage of 15% new wood. Subsequently the wine ages at least 12 months in the bottle before being marketed.
