CHAMPAGNE NON DOSE "ROYALE RESERVE" - PHILIPPONNAT

Traditional vinification, which avoids premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation and aging of reserve wines in barrels, to allow the aromas to acquire greater complexity. No dosage (0 g / l) in order not to mask the character of the wine and its purity.

Aging on the lees in the cellars of the Maison, at a constant temperature of 12 ° C for three years, which is much more than the legal minimum of fifteen months

Nose of lime blossom, vine flower and hawthorn.

In the mouth

Straight and pure attack, with citrus notes and nice vivacity without aggression. Long and clear finish with notes of warm bread and fresh apple.
