Fresh, taut and vertical, Marcalberto's Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé is a pure Classic Method Chardonnay, capable of expressing the character of the marly and calcareous soils of Alta Langa with energy and grace.

Fermented in large barrels and aged on lees in the bottle for 32-36 months, it is an artisanal and rigorous sparkling wine, without fining or filtration, nor added dosage at disgorgement. A sincere, direct, authentic sip.

Visually, it presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with fruity and toasted notes, with hints of hazelnut, bread crust and a smoky nuance that enriches the elegance of the bouquet.
On the palate it is dry, fresh and savory, with a taut and vibrant texture that gives dynamism and surprising drinkability.

Perfect throughout the meal, it pairs effortlessly with seafood pasta dishes, raw fish, light fried dishes, and soft cheeses.
