Alta Langa DOCG "Oudeis" 2020 – Enrico Serafino

"Oudeis", which means "Nobody" in Greek, is the essence of Alta Langa encapsulated in a glass, where the terroir speaks for itself. This vintage Brut Classic Method sparkling wine is made from a blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, and ages for 36 months on its lees, expressing refined complexity and great drinkability.

The color is an elegant straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose perceives delicate hints of yellow flowers, white-fleshed fruit, bread crust, and mineral notes that enrich the olfactory experience. On the palate, Oudeis is vertical, elegant, and citrusy, with a well-defined structure and a long mineral persistence.

With a final dosage of 6 g/L without the use of distillates, this Alta Langa is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish, crustaceans, or can gracefully accompany the entire meal.
