The winemaking process involves aging on lees for at least 30 months, with manual riddling. With no dosage at disgorgement, it expresses the maximum purity and complexity of the terroir. In the glass, it presents a brilliant, intense straw yellow with very fine perlage. The aromatic bouquet is broad and sophisticated, with notes of orange blossom, brioche, and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and complex, with nuances of bread crust, aromatic herbs, and bergamot.
