The vinification of this Barbaresco Bordini 2018 begins with a long maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, which lasts for approximately 14 days. Subsequently, the malolactic fermentation process takes place in second passage French oak barrels, with a further refinement of 16 months in these barrels. The wine then ages in the bottle for approximately 6 months, to reach its full maturity.
