Brovia's Barolo "Brea Vigna Ca' Mia" 2017 represents an excellent expression of Piedmont, one of the most fascinating traditional interpretations of the renowned wines of the Langhe. This wine is the result of meticulous work both in the vineyards and in the cellar, where modern techniques are adopted while respecting the traditional approach to production. The Barolo produced by Brovia derives 100% from Nebbiolo grapes, carefully cultivated in the various vineyards owned by the company. The careful selection of the grapes is followed by a prolonged period of maceration on the skins and by spontaneous fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation and a further 24-month refinement in large oak barrels from Slavonia.
The ruby red hue, typical of Nebbiolo, visually characterizes this wine, which offers a complex aromatic bouquet of cherries, dried red flowers and spices to the nose, with earthy undertones and toasted hints of coffee and tobacco. In the mouth, there is a balance between structure, freshness and tannins, revealing a remarkable elegance which will fully express itself in the harmony of the wine after a suitable period of ageing.
Brovia's Barolo "Brea Vigna Ca' Mia" 2017 is an authentic Piedmontese jewel, representative of the art and dedication that the Brovia company invests in the production of wines of the highest quality. This wine embodies the rich winemaking tradition of the region and represents a tribute to the territory from which it comes. Ideal to be enjoyed slowly, it can be accompanied by refined dishes or aged cheeses, offering a tasting experience that tells the story and the passion behind every sip.
