Grape Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo
A Barolo of rare finesse, born from vines over 50 years old, planted by Stefano's grandfather, located between the Brea and Cerrati mentions: two historic crus, among the most suitable for Barolo production, thanks to the splendid south-east exposure and the calcareous soils that give Nebbiolo depth, elegance, and longevity.
Vinification & Ageing
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in wooden vats, to enhance the purity of the grape. Aged for 24 months in used tonneaux, followed by an additional 2 years in bottle before release.
