BURGUNDY AOC RED 2022 - DOMAINE FRANCOIS FEUILLET

The Bourgogne Rouge from Domaine François Feuillet is born in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, from Pinot Noir grapes grown according to organic practices, in the renowned villages of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin.

The grapes, strictly hand-picked and carefully selected, undergo partial destemming and careful vinification, aimed at delicately extracting all the tannic finesse typical of Burgundian Pinot Noir.
The wine then ages in French oak barrels, with a variable percentage of new barriques (30-50% depending on the vintage), before being bottled without filtration or fining, to preserve its integrity and expressiveness.

Visually, it presents with a bright ruby red. On the nose, it offers a refined bouquet of fresh red fruits, light spices, and delicate woodland notes.
On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and harmonious, with a subtle texture that makes each sip agile yet profound.
