A pure and elegant expression of Chardonnay, Champagne Bourg/ Sud from La Rogerie is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru that enchants with its complexity and finesse. The grapes, selected from excellent parcels located south of Avize, including vineyards on the outskirts of Oger, are vinified with spontaneous fermentation and aging in oak barrels to develop deep aromas and subtle toasted notes.

The result of a blend between the 2021 harvest and the réserve perpétuelle started in 2018, this Champagne Extra Brut rests on the lees for at least 36 months, acquiring a silky structure and a lively energy. On the nose it opens with fragrances of fresh citrus, green apple, white flowers and hints of almond and pastry. On the palate, a vibrant acidity balances perfectly with an enveloping creaminess, enhanced by the minerality typical of limestone soils.
