Colline Savonesi IGT "Lumassina" 2022 – Terrazze Singhie

A wine born between the sea and the woods, in an untouched corner of the Ligurian hinterland: Lumassina 2022 by Terrazze Singhie is an artisanal white, intense and deeply connected to its territory. Made from pure Lumassina grapes, cultivated with the ancient Ambrustin method on 29 dry-stone terraces nestled in the woods of Orco Feglino, in the Castagnassi locality, this wine tells an authentic Ligurian story of manual labor, biodiversity, and respect for nature.

Vinification is strictly spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts and skin maceration, following a natural philosophy that avoids any invasive intervention. Aging takes place for eleven months on fine lees in oak barrels, to impart structure, balance, and depth. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified, confirming the producers' desire to offer a pure and vibrant expression of the grape variety.

In the glass, it presents an intense, veiled golden yellow. The nose releases aromas of Mediterranean herbs, dried flowers, candied citrus, and a subtle saline note. On the palate, it is structured, savory, and dynamic, with a long, earthy finish, speaking of stone, wind, and undergrowth.

A rare and distinctive bottle, produced "with four hands with care, love, and respect," embodying the most intimate essence of Ligurian natural wine. Perfect for those seeking honest, ancestral, and unconventional wines.
