The vibrant elegance of Pinot Noir

A pure and refined expression of Franciacorta Pinot Noir, Berlucchi '61 Nature Rosé 2017 is born from careful processing of the grapes: soft pressing for the white wine, cold pre-maceration and rosé vinification, followed by fermentation in steel tanks and six months of aging in contact with the yeasts. A small portion is vinified as a red wine, giving the wine a delicate but highly characteristic tannic texture.

The fruit of a single vintage and aged on the lees for at least five years, this Dosage Zero Rosé expresses all the power of the terroir and Berlucchi's mastery.

Visually, it enchants with its brilliant camellia pink, brightened by coral reflections, while the fine and sinuous perlage supports a creamy and persistent mousse.

The bouquet opens with intense and refined aromas: fresh wild berries, pomegranate, citrus touches of currant and mandarin, enriched by spicy notes of pink pepper and black tea.

On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant acidity and significant body, made elegant by the fine tannic texture of Pinot Noir, for a dynamic and satisfying sip.
