Dominik Weigand's Langhe Barbera comes from organically grown vineyards in Roddino, in the heart of the Langhe, where the young winemaker pursues an artisanal and sustainable philosophy.
Vinification and Aging

Maceration: about 6 days in stainless steel tanks, with inoculation via another fermenting wine.

Aging: 6 months total, of which 2/3 in stainless steel and 1/3 in barrique, for a balance between freshness and complexity.
