Langhe DOC “Pinot Nero” 2021 – Dominik Weigand (Azienda Agricola 12064)
The Langhe Pinot Nero 2021 by Dominik Weigand is a limited edition artisan red wine, with only 1,400 bottles, that combines modern sensibility with Langhe roots. The 12064 winery, founded by the energy of Dominik and Yvonne di Serafina near the historic Bocciarda in Roddino, operates with a focus on sustainability and collaboration with historical local entities to enhance terroir and identity.
Vineyard & Winery
Hand-selected grapes and delicate processing (soft pressing with partial use of dry ice to preserve aromas). Fermentation in open tonneau for ~20 days, with a portion in stainless steel; aging 18 months in 750 L amphorae and selected barriques. The wine is bottled in July 2022, without filtration.

A Pinot Noir with Langhe character: precise, clean, textural, capable of combining fruit and verticality. Excellent with noble poultry, vitello tonnato, tajarin with white ragù, sautéed mushrooms, and medium-aged cheeses.
