Denomination: Langhe DOC
Vintage: 2023
Type: White Wine
Alcohol: 12.5 % Vol.
Region: Piedmont
Format: 0.75 L
Grape Variety: 100% Riesling
A Riesling born in the heart of the Langhe, from the passionate vision of Dominik Weigand and Yvonne di Serafina, among the rows of vines surrounding the historic Bocciarda, a restored house on the eastern slope of Roddino.
Produced in only 700 bottles, it is a rare wine that expresses the purity of the territory, the sustainability of viticulture, and the elegance of winemaking.
The grapes are vinified with artisanal care: cold pressing, 4-6 hour skin maceration, controlled temperature fermentation, and aging on lees for 4 months, without malolactic fermentation, to preserve tension and vitality.
