Harvest: grapes harvested strictly by hand with the utmost care in small perforated baskets.

Vinification: takes place with the most modern technologies to enhance the qualities of freshness and fragrance. After destemming, maceration is carried out in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature.

Maturation: in contact with its indigenous yeasts for a few months.

Aging: for a few months in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C.

Color: bright, ruby ​​red. Bouquet: floral, intense and full. Taste: elegant notes of fruit, flowers and spices open the way to a sweet and fine tannin that makes it easy to drink from the first months in the bottle.
