“Prìa dei Mat” – Chardonnay IGT Marca Trevigiana

“Prìa dei Mat” is a still Chardonnay of great personality, an authentic expression of the "Pra Longhi" vineyard in Farra di Soligo. Here, the characteristics of the clay-loamy soil and the prolonged ripening of the grapes contribute to creating a wine with a distinct sapidity, capable of combining structure, elegance, and aromatic depth.

In the glass, it presents a luminous straw yellow enriched with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense, broad, and enveloping: notes of yellow tropical fruit blend harmoniously with elegant hints of vanilla and delicate floral nuances of jasmine and elderflower. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and perfectly balanced, with a soft texture supported by a pleasant savory vein that accompanies the finish.

The winemaking process is meticulously crafted: selection of the grapes, short cold maceration on the skins, fermentation at controlled temperature, and a long aging on the fine lees with bâtonnage for about 10 months. A process that gives the wine complexity, roundness, and finesse.

Versatile and refined, it is ideal paired with raw fish appetizers, delicate first courses, fish main courses, and white meats. Also excellent with vegetable purees, with which it best expresses its harmony.
