Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC Bricco del Drago – Elegance and Character from the Heart of the Langhe

Produced at Cascine Drago, on the border with the Barbaresco area, this Nebbiolo d'Alba embodies the perfect balance between finesse, structure, and drinkability. The grapes come from historic vineyards planted between 1967 and 1999, in an area naturally suited for Nebbiolo cultivation, and are vinified with care to preserve their authenticity.

After 10-12 days of controlled temperature maceration and malolactic fermentation completed before winter, the wine ages for about a year in large oak barrels, reaching a maturity that makes it accessible in its early years, while maintaining an important structure.

In the glass, it presents a luminous garnet red. The bouquet is complex: ripe plum, red berries, sweet spices, dried rose, and violet blend into a fine and expressive aromatic profile. On the palate, it is direct, savory, with present but well-integrated tannins, accompanying a long and harmonious finish, rich in fruity and spicy returns.

An important but versatile Nebbiolo, ideal with pasta dishes with meat sauce, roasts, and structured main courses.

Serving temperature: 15-17°C, in a large glass.
