Clos La Néore is a mythical Sancerre Blanc, produced in very limited quantities from just one hectare in the famous Mont Damnés vineyard, in the village of Chavignol. Since 2018, this extraordinary cuvée is exclusively available in Magnum format, emphasizing its aging potential and exceptional character.

Today, it is vinified by Anne Vatan-Foucault, Edmond Vatan's daughter, following a rigorously traditional approach: natural fermentations in old neutral oak barrels, no fining, no filtration, only one racking, and meticulous attention to the vineyard, where very low yields and late harvests guarantee maximum expressiveness.

In the glass, it reveals penetrating and pure aromas of citrus, aromatic herbs, flint, and white flowers. The sip is taut, deep, vertical, with a saline structure and crystalline precision. A Sauvignon Blanc that can evolve for decades, offering extraordinary complexity and finesse.
