ACOUSTIC RED WINE FROM NEBBIOLO GRAPES 2023 - RABEL

Acustico is born on our hills, surrounded by woods, from the noblest grape variety that the earth could give us.
It's not a riddle: as long as it's "red wine," you know, very little can be said.

What we can share is our philosophy: a wine to drink, old vines interpreting stony and lean soils that bring a light and fresh red to the glass. No muscle to let our territory speak for itself.

Maceration on the skins lasts about ten days at controlled temperature, respecting a grape variety that is naturally lightly colored and has noble tannins. Maturation takes place in containers that allow the wine to evolve slowly, breathe, and move naturally without adding anything that nature hasn't already given it.

The color is a lively red and accompanies an engaging nose of red fruit and spice with a pleasantly balsamic finish. The immediacy of the nose anticipates a vibrant palate, with crisp freshness supported by the finesse of the tannins that give personality and make us feel at home.
