Ferrari Perlé Brut – “Recent Disgorgement” Collection 2001/2003/2005 – Trento DOC (Wooden Case 6 Bottles)
An icon of Italian style, signed by Ferrari Trento, which in this exclusive “Recent Disgorgement” collection narrates time as an absolute value. A prestigious wooden case contains three great vintages – 2001, 2003, and 2005 – with two bottles per vintage, offering a unique journey into the evolution of Trentodoc.
Made from selected mountain Chardonnay grapes, Ferrari Perlé Brut represents one of the highest expressions of Trentino's sparkling wine tradition. The bottles rest for over 60 months on the lees, then undergo a very long aging in the cellar until disgorgement in 2021: a process that enhances depth, complexity, and extraordinary finesse.
In the glass, it presents an intense straw yellow, crossed by luminous golden reflections. The perlage is very fine, continuous, and of great elegance.
The olfactory profile is broad and refined: notes of Renetta apple and citrus alternate with delicate nuances of white peach and almond blossoms, accompanied by elegant toasted hints and bread crust, typical of long aging on the lees.
On the palate, it is harmonious and velvety, with a precise and enveloping taste texture. The freshness of mountain Chardonnay integrates perfectly with the evolutionary complexity, leading to a long, persistent, and slightly almondy finish, of great class.
This collection represents a unique experience for enthusiasts and collectors: a direct comparison between different vintages, capable of narrating the identity of the territory and the Ferrari style through time.
Perfect for important occasions, it pairs elegantly with fish dishes, crustaceans, light fried foods, tartare, sushi, and sashimi, but also with selections of cured meats and cheeses.
