Tasting exam: from aromatic traminer grapes vinified in white. It has a rather intense and brilliant golden straw colour. Intense but delicate, aromatic, fruity bouquet. The taste is dry, full-bodied, balanced, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, characteristic of the wine.

To combine with: it goes well with grilled fish and unseasoned fermented cheeses. The memory of a wedding with a risotto with asparagus is very pleasant.
