Brio d'Amour Rosato Frizzante is the passionate result of ancient vineyards, witnesses of over 50 years of winemaking history. This sparkling wine embodies the soul of the old vines, carefully cultivated in a sprawling 3.2 hectare vineyard in the picturesque region of Liguria, Italy. The Bonamico and Moscato Rosso vines, rooted in a soil of sandstone rubble, help give the wine a unique personality.

The 2021 vintage, harvested from vineyards cultivated with the pergola and row system, has a density of vines per hectare of 6,000, with an average age of the vineyard of 55 years. The average production per hectare is 30 hl, guaranteeing concentrated and authentic quality. The winemaking takes place through direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, enriched by the delicate addition of frozen must at the end of January, followed by refinement which culminates in bottling with secondary fermentation.

With a total sulfur content of 42 mg/l and a production limited to just 300 bottles, Brio d'Amour Rosato Frizzante is the result of the passion and skill of the producer Possa, led by Heydi Samuele Bonanini. This wine embodies freshness, fragrant gluttony and agility, presenting itself as an ideal companion for summer moments. Light and straight, it opens with notes of fresh fruit, aromatic herbs and a fine, appetizing bubble.
