Cà di Pian is a Barbera with an unmistakable character. The aromas of blackberry and morello cherry give great intensity and an incredible pleasantness. It is an enveloping but at the same time fresh and extremely versatile wine.

VINEYARD OF PRODUCTION

Vineyards in the municipalities of Castagnole delle Lanze (locality of Piani), Costigliole d'Asti and Montegrosso d'Asti.

VINIFICATION

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks for an average period of 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, second and third passage, and subsequent aging for about 12 months. Refinement in bottle for about 3 months.
