Terroir
The terroirs of origin are the most varied: of clayey-limestone, clayey-silt and flint origin.
This heterogeneity gives the wine a good balance.

The vinification
Long fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation on fine lees, only in stainless steel tanks and with the least possible manipulation. Long stabilization at low temperatures. A single light filtration carried out before bottling.
