ROSÉ LA GARENNE
The sophisticated Champagne Rosé La Garenne, jewel of Domaine Lagille, is a Rosé de Saignée obtained exclusively from 100% Meunier grapes, grown with passion in Lieu-Dit La Garenne, a fifty-year-old vineyard kissed by the western sun in the heart of the terroir of Treslon (Vallée de l'Ardre). This cuvée, coming from the exceptional 2019 harvest, stands out for the cold maceration of the best Meunier grapes for 6-12 hours, followed by vinification in fût de chêne and prolonged aging on the yeasts for at least 3 years. Without final dosage, it presents itself as a Brut Nature (0 g/l).

The Champagne Rosé La Garenne, with its rich aromatic profile, conquers with the intense aromas of red fruits and suggestive spicy and woody notes in the finish. To be enjoyed in youth to fully appreciate its freshness and structure, this champagne is ideal for a refined aperitif and goes harmoniously with dishes with a strong character.

DOMAIN LAGILLE
The Lagille dynasty, winemakers since the 17th century, has found its home in Treslon, immersed in the picturesque Vallée de l'Ardre since 1818. Maud and Vincent, current custodians of Domaine Lagille, carry on the legacy of Bernard and Marie, showing a deep attachment to family roots. With clear visions and an eye towards the future, these young winemakers are dedicated to creating wines that reflect the territory, allowing the land to passionately express the connection between wine, terroir and family heritage. The Domaine's commitment is reflected in the organic conversion underway since 2019 and in the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification, highlighting a sustainable approach. With 7.20 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Meunier (55%), followed by Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (15%), the production of approximately 50,000 bottles testifies to the dedication to quality. Meunier is cultivated with the "cordon royat" pruning method, a practice usually reserved for the Grand Crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, guaranteeing limited yields for greater concentration and quality. Plot vinification, minimal dosages and the careful use of wood are just some of the peculiarities that make Lagille Champagnes an authentic expression of the terroir, capturing the richness and complexity of the calcareous clay soil of the Montagne de Reims.
