The "Nebbiolo d'Alba Parigi" from the Mauro Sebaste winery undoubtedly represents one of the most significant wines produced by this prestigious company. Mauro Sebaste has its headquarters in one of the most fascinating wine areas of the province of Cuneo and, in general, of the Piedmont region. This Nebbiolo stands out for its unique and original organoleptic characteristics.

The grapes come from a single vineyard, always identified with the name Paris,
completely exposed to the South. Located on the hilly side that connects Alba to
Diano D'Alba, in the Santa Rosalia area, facing the Serralunga hill. Here, the
The terrain is characterized by a notable presence of sandstone.
After a very careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, the process follows
winemaking, which allows us, through the elimination of the grape seed, to
obtain a Nebbiolo with very fine and elegant tannins. The refinement of a
year in oak tonneaux partly French and partly American, allows you to
enhance the typicality of Nebbiolo with accompanying fine and fresh floral scents
with pleasant notes of vanilla and sweet tobacco.
It is a red wine obtained from the vinification of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, following the specifications required for the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC denomination.

The wines produced by the Mauro Sebaste house, in particular the Nebbiolo "Parigi", stand out for their balanced sugar and alcohol content, as well as for a pleasant fixed acidity, an element that contributes to emphasizing the aromas and preserving them over time. The winery produces approximately 8600 bottles of the "Nebbiolo d'Alba Parigi" wine, a clear sign of the importance that this wine has within the company's production.
