Born out of a love of the flavor profiles of great-tasting French wines (and especially Champagne blanc de blanc), the latest expression, Orchard, is inspired by the Chardonnay grape in Champagne and its intense fruity flavor. so named because they use cold distilled green apples and pears with their classic juniper base. They then use a soy distillate to give the gin its sophisticated buttery and biscuity notes.

To be enjoyed as a classic g&t garnished with a slice of apple, or in a reinterpretation of the French 75 cocktail.
