Tasting exam: Pinot Bianco from Pinot Bianco grapes, now very rare in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region. vinified in white. It has a bright golden straw colour. Intense bouquet, very persistent, pleasantly fruity, with a clear hint of melon. Dry, soft, harmonious flavour, of great persistence.

To be accompanied with: it goes well with first courses of regional cuisine, sautées and seafood soups, exalting the experience with Venetian-style pasta and beans.
