Alta Langa DOCG Ettore Germano – Classic Method

The Alta Langa DOCG Ettore Germano is an elegant and precise Piedmontese Classic Method sparkling wine, produced in the high hills of the Langhe by one of the region's most authoritative wineries. Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it represents the most refined expression of the Alta Langa appellation.

The grapes come from vineyards located at high altitudes, on calcareous soils, ideal for imparting freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity. The long aging on lees gives structure, fine perlage, and extraordinary taste depth.

Tasting Notes

It presents a bright straw-yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose releases aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, enriched by elegant notes of bread crust, hazelnut, and mineral nuances.
On the palate, it is fresh, vertical, and harmonious, with creamy bubbles and a long, clean finish.
