Produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the historic Gallina "cru" located in the municipality of Neive; vineyards whose planting year dates back to 1953, 1963, 1971 respectively, facing south, an area particularly suited to giving wines with good structure, persistent and long-lived over time, famous for their elegance. Yield: 40 - 45 hl / hectare.

Altitude: 170 - 250 m.

VINIFICATION
Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 - 18 days.

AGING

Aging 20 months in 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels and 15 months in 5 - 7 hl barrels. of French oak, refining 6 months in the bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

Ruby red color tending to garnet, enveloping and complex aromas with spicy notes of licorice, pepper, leather and rose. On the palate it has a sustained and austere body, remarkable harmony and balance; wine of aristocratic fabric.
