Barbaresco DOCG “Rocche dei 7 Fratelli®”

The Barbaresco “Rocche dei 7 Fratelli®” is produced from grapes grown in estate vineyards located in the municipality of Treiso, one of the most suitable areas of the appellation.

The harvest is done manually, with careful selection of the bunches. Vinification involves 25 days of maceration at controlled temperature, followed by aging in 26 hl Slavonian oak barrels, with a further 6 months of bottle rest before release.

Color: full and bright garnet red

Aroma: broad, fine, and persistent, with elegant notes of rose, small red fruits, and subtle spicy nuances

Taste: harmonious, structured, and long, with present but well-integrated tannins and a freshness that supports its drinkability

Red meats: roasts, braised meats, game

Mushrooms and truffles: excellent with truffle tagliatelle or autumnal dishes
